Brad joined the WUPPDR staff in February, 2015 and focuses on energy planning initiatives to facilitate regional economic development and decrease cost of living within WUPPDR’s six-county service region. Brad also administer’s WUPPDR’s placemaking mini-grant program, which provides financial assistance to local governments seeking to initiate projects to improve their community’s sense of place, in addition to recreation plan development.
Brad joins the WUPPDR team with a background in energy development, project management and survey design, implementation and analysis. He is pursuing a Ph.D. in energy and environmental policy at Michigan Technological University and holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Eastern Kentucky University.
Brad is a native of Campbellsburg, Kentucky and enjoys exploring the Upper Peninsula’s amazing hiking, skiing, and ATV trails with his wife, Erin and daughter, Eleanor.
